Celebrating Young Voices: Haiku Poetry and Publication Success!
April is National Poetry Month, and our 1st grade students embraced the beauty of words by diving into the art of haiku. These are three-line poems with the structure of 5-7-5 syllables generally about nature. We're thrilled to announce that many of these poems will be published in the Young American Poetry Digest making these young writers published poets!
